Experience the soothing and relaxing sounds of the traditional Indian bamboo flute, along with a guided somatic movement session. Subramanya Sastry, joining us live from Australia, is a passionate Bansuri flautist who has performed in over 500 concerts in India and around the world including Singapore, Malaysia, Mauritius and Australia, where he has been living since 2017. He has been awarded numerous prestigious accolades including Best Instrumentalist by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, Central Government of India.
This session, curated by Parth Bhardwaj, will involve a guided mediation session led by Subramanya and his flute, followed by a somatic movement session let by Attakkalari. Designed to offer relief from the stress and anxiety of these challenging and uncertain times, we invite you to experience this session at the Attakkalari Studios in Wilson Garden, Bengaluru, India. If you are unable to join us at the studio, you may also access this session online from anywhere in the world.
